I’ve made the Amish Dinner Rolls twice now; and like the larger size. Although I appreciate the ease of dividing into 16 parts, what can you possibly do with the last roll in a 9x13 pan?

I decided to do 15; and those fit nicely. I have a scale and divide by 15 rather than waste a roll.
