I reference this post every time I go to make these rolls because it is so helpful! Making a slurry is truly a game changer. I currently have a 1.5x batch rising and can't wait to enjoy these again. Sharing with family for a holiday dinner and with my neighbors since they love these! Thank you, PJ, for making us all better bakers!!
