Thanks for taking the time to put down so much information Peggy, it can really help diagnose the issue! For the best consistency when baking, we recommend weighing all of your ingredients. Wet blobby dough like that could be caused by too much water, but it could also be caused by insufficient kneading. Did the dough feel elastic or bouncy at all when you tried to shape it?
