I love, love, love these rolls! Thanks for all the great tips! I am trying to figure out how to adapt these for a friend with a dairy allergy and am curious whether anyone has had luck with good butter substitutes. I often sub other recipes with buttery tasting avocado oil, but worry that the texture will be wrong here since the dough is so loose. I find that baking with Earth balance and other faux butter leaves a fishy taste so would like to avoid that. Thanks for any ideas!
