Made these today using the food processor method and they came out great. Have been a baker all my life and often find it necessary to vary the amount of flour depending on the weather. I did add a little extra flour to the final dough before shaping the rolls as the dough was way too moist to handle. They baked up fine and fluffy regardless. Think this is a point that needs to be made with this recipe.๐Ÿ˜Š
