Hi Glenn! I'm so glad you enjoyed the flavor and texture of these rolls and I'm sorry the shaping was so difficult. These are indeed a sticky dough, but with a little bit of flour on your hands and bench, the dough will be easier to work with. Check out this video to help you with the shaping for your next batch.
