To get some of the prep done ahead of time, we'd recommend mixing the dough and letting it rest at room temperature for about 40 minutes (or just until the dough starts to get puffy) before moving the dough to the fridge to finish rising overnight. The next morning you can shape the rolls, let them go through the second rise, and bake as directed. Happy baking!
