I would like to make these, but I don't have any additional russet potatoes to use--they're all going to the mashed potatoes. My options would either be instant mashed potatoes (buttery homestyle) that have dairy products and, I'm assuming, preservatives in them, or I have a large sweet potato. Which would be the better option? It seems like all the dinner rolls on the KAB site require some form of potato.
