PJ's tone is so rhapsodic that I expected to be transported by these. Well . . . I should have known when the blog text said don't add flour but the photo showed flour everywhere during shaping. This dough was way too soft, and I followed the directions to the gram, ounce, degree, and second. I poured equal-size dough portions into my pan and we just had them with tea. Thank goodness for homemade marmalade. They're not awful, but dirtying the food processor and mixer and saucepan might not be worth it.
