I followed the directions in blog post (except used hand mixer vs food processor and my potatoes were leftover once with a little sourcream in them) my dough was so so soft. But I got it to form the balls... The rolls looked golden after 20min so I took them out, but they were so very "doughy" on eating them... almost like the texture was like eating raw dough as you chewed... were they just underdone???
