These rolls solved my problem with getting really nice fresh rolls on holidays when things are closed. Made them twice. Once at home for Thanksgiving using all of my fancy tools (food processor and stand mixer). Then I made them at my daughter's house for Christmas completely by hand. Both times they were amazing. I bought some Maldon Flasked Salt and sprinkled some on after the butter. They were a big hit.
