I felt like something was off with this measurements here. I measured everything by weight, down to the gram. The dough was incredibly sticky and slack. Even after the first rise, it was basically impossible to handle. I kneaded in at least a half cup, maybe more, of flour to get it semi workable. Even then, it couldn’t Really be shaped into balls. The end result was ok, but nothing special.
