Hi PJ. I've been making these rolls since my retirement which is when I first learned to bake and work with yeast. Can't wait to try your new method. I'm sure it will save time and the rolls will be even more tender. The Amish rolls are the only rolls my 95 year-old Mother enjoys. Thank you much for coming up with this method, and for all the wonderful advice you and your fellow bakers share. KAF is the reason I am now a baker and the reason I have access to only the best ingredients. I've learned it all from you! Thank you!
