I usually add a few spices: celery salt, granulated garlic, and parmesan cheese to my white rolls for extra yummy flavor (especially for next day sandwiches!) but perhaps this dough is a bit too soft to handle that? Or maybe adding 1/4-1/2 teaspoon extra yeast to counteract the spices might do the trick? I might try it anyway, they'll still be delicious even if they aren't quite as soft.
