Oh my – I remember those soft dinner rolls my grandma made. Definitely my preferred type of roll. What is the purpose of the two eggs? Just a little bit of extra richness? I am vegan so I am trying to think about how to replace those two eggs. Maybe another tablespoon and a half of ( vegan) butter?
