I followed the directions to the letter, put a thermometer in the oven, stirred every 20 minutes or so; and ended up with partially melted clumpy sugar. This was a waste of a bag of sugar and the 2+ hours of energy to run my oven. I don't own a food processor to take care of the clumps so this sugar will sit in a container until I can figure out what to do with it.
