I'll certainly pass your suggestion forward to our Merchandising Team to consider, PJ. Personally, I think part of the magic of toasting sugar comes from watching it transform in the oven at home, but I realize not everyone has four or five hours to toast sugar! That being said, we have sold specialty sugars in the past like demerara sugar, one of my favorites, and perhaps we could offer a flavorful sugar like muscovado sugar in the future. Look for muscovado sugar in your local co-op, specialty store, or online. I think you'll enjoy the nutty, roasted flavor of this sugar.
