This didn't work out too well for me. I may have just wasted 4lb of sugar, which doesn't make me too pleased. I had it in for 3 hours and stirred every 30 minutes. It seemed fine when I took it out of the oven, but when I went back to put it in another container after it had cooled, it was completely clumped together in the pan. I don't know if I am going to be able to break it up enough to put it in the food processor. Bummer.
