Thanks PJ,
My niece has Celiac disease so I am always on the look-out for recipes I can make for her. QUESTION: You say to freeze for a longer life. I freeze my cookie dough once shaped and before baking. Could I do this using this recipe? This way she can have freshly baked cookies when she wants. Thanks xox
