One of your sourdough bread recipe calls for 2 cups of starter. I don't have 2 cups, by weight How do I go about increasing my starter to get the 2 cups and still have starter left. Then, how much do I feed my starter? When PJ talks about feeding her starter, how much flour and water does she use to get the 1:1:1 hydration? Thanks!
