Is it only possible to get a tall enough loaf for paninis/sandwhiches if you don’t divide the dough and bake it in a Dutch oven? I’ve made the recipe twice, dividing the dough to make 2 loaves, and while the bread tasted amazing, the loaves were not quite tall enough for a panini. It seemed like it rose properly, but would kneading the dough more or a longer rise time help produce a taller loaf?
