This Rustic Sourdough bread is easy and just fantastic to eat . I made two changes which only enhanced the flavor and if you like a crunchy outside. I used 4 cups of all—purpose flour and 1 cup of KA Irish style flour and a handfull of KA Harvest grains. On the top of each loaf I spritzed , slashed and covered with more harvest grains. Absolutely easy and delicious especially for new bread bakers.
