Here it is December 2020 and I have the same question. I THINK that I'm supposed to feed the refrigerated starter in the same way as when I was creating a starter (use 113g of starter and discard the rest) but after that....do I have to discard starter each time? In another Comment reply from KAF I read that you should now weigh the starter and add equivalent flour and water to build up the amount of starter to use for the recipe.
