Just made this bread and I can say the loafs were beautiful looking ! They baked up perfectly, I served warm and thought the flavor was lacking.. I used my whole wheat started with 1 tsp of yeast added and used the recommended amount of salt. What can I do next time to improve flavor. I baked on cookie sheet, I didn't try the dutch oven but I will next time.
