To ensure that dough doesn't stick while baking it can be helpful to lower the shaped loaf into the baking vessel (pre heated or not) using parchment paper. The parchment prevents sticking and also makes it easier to get the baked loaf out of the vessel while it's still warm. We hope this can help for future baking adventures!
