I baked the Rustic Sourdough Bread, using the cold dutch oven method described in P.J.'s blog. I wanted a larger loaf, so I put all the dough in a cold, greased, 4-quart round ceramic baking dish with a domed lid. I have used this baking dish for years to bake bread successfully. After the bread finished baking, it did not want to come out of the baking dish. I had to scrape around the insides of the dish and pry the bread out with difficulty. The bread was fully baked, golden brown, and not burned, but still stuck to the dish. I broke my baking dish in the process! Please advise.
