Diane Catley November 4, 2020 at 6:29pm This is a go to recipe. I actually use white wheat and bread flour 50:50 and it turns out great. My next test is to freeze the dough after the first rise. I have also made half the recipe and it came out fine. A really good hardy recipe. Reply
