I have to watch sodium intake and have been replacing the salt with 2 1/2 tsps of low sodium salt...which tastes great...but everyone's taste is different so I can see why one might want to back off on regular salt (to taste)! When I use this dough to make pizza, I make half a batch of dough and replace with salt with 2 tsps of garlic salt and 1 tsp of blended Italian seasonings and the crust is wonderful!
