This was my first attempt using my sourdough starter. Since the flour shortage is still going on, I had to try this one. I understand it's not the traditional sourdough bread due to using yeast, but the results were still tasty! When I went to start the recipe I realized I only had about 160g of starter instead of the full amount and the bread still turned out great! I will keep this in my recipe "box."
