I followed all directions and still ended up with a dense loaf, almost like it was underdone. I did have some splitting on bottom sides but did slash top. My starter seems to be bubbly and almost doubling in size after feeding but this recipe called for yeast as well and I would have thought that it would have been much lighter in texture. This is my second fail and I'm losing hope :(
