This is the recipe I decided to test my newly-created starter with. Wow! It was so easy, with a surprisingly quick turn-around for flavorful, chewy bread! I will definitely keep this in rotation, even as I venture into other sourdough recipes. I also used the cold dutch oven method for the first time, and it was a revelation.
I am slowly trying different KAF bread recipes with more time on my hands, and I always appreciate how good the results are, even with my imperfect abilities.
