I thought I was doing OK until my raw dough loaves raised. "They" pretty much turned into one big blob. I scraped what I could off the parchment paper and put it into a baking bowl and am waiting to see if it raises again. The only thing I can think of that I did wrong was not beat/knead the dough long enough in my stand mixer. It was sticky and only formed a soft, sticky ball. Do you think I should have added more flour?
