PJ- Thanks for the great blog on sourdough. I have the King Arthur sourdough starter in their wonderful crock. There are many times that I have neglected my starter. There are only two of us and I love to make many kinds of bread. I just refresh it a couple of times and talk to it lovingly. I also have started putting sourdough in non sourdough recipes as instructed in KA hints. Now if only we could get the option of printing the pictures with the recipes, I'd be a happy camper.
