We have just the ingredient you need, KSS! It's our Black Cocoa. It's super-dark without being too bitter or intensely chocolatey; it's just right. Try using 1 tablespoon of Black Cocoa in the filling in place of espresso powder. As for the glaze, you can simply use water instead of coffee, and the cake will still be delicious!
