Wow, what a delicious cake! I used regular whole wheat flour, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I was afraid the cake might be a bit too sweet with the coffee swirl and rum glaze, but it was just sweet enough. The cake was moist and tender, with the perfect proportion of swirl to cake. There are a lot of strong flavors in this cake, and they complement each other beautifully to produce an unusual yet familiar taste. I will definitely be making this again.
