Yes you can! My Husband and I did our own. We have apple trees and my husband made apple cider, we took one gallon and cooked it down, it took about two hours to get it thick. We ended up with a pint of boiled cider. I put it in the refrigerator and it should last about on year. There are instructions on you tube.
