Anyone make this yet in other size and shape pans? Someone mentioned a Bundt pan, which would be gorgeous with that icing! I have several elderly relatives that would enjoys this in a smaller pan, maybe a 6-7" round? And I have recently been given a small (not mini) Bundt pan. Any resources on adjusting cooking times? Thanks for this recipe, it's variations, and all the advice!
