Definitely a keeper! I generally bake for two, so I halved the recipe and baked it in an 8 inch round (a cake in the freezer is just a dangerous as a cake on the counter!). Grated the apples and added my homemade boiled cider, no frosting, but a dusting with 10x sugar and cinnamon. Will try the whole recipe in a bundt pan and frost it for the holidays, that pan always makes a nice presentation of the simplest cakes.
