Oh my oh my! Please hire a vegan baker to add to your staff so those of us who do not do eggs
And need to watch sugar and salt can still make wonderful fall treats. I usually improvise with flax eggs and non dairy milks and fats but would love it if a baker had worked out proportions in advance. Yours in love with baking!
