I followed the recipe as suggested. Wow! This is a winning pie- taste and presentation! Because the filling was fairly high, I was worried about a gap. I think because there were plenty of “vents” through the cinnamon rolls, it all cooked down evenly. I used a blend of Macintosh and Jonagold apples. Very tasty and so pretty!
