I make a mean apple pie (if I do say so myself), so I was hesitant to try a new crust. But when I saw this recipe, it was so beautiful I just had to try it. I was really nervous because it looked a bit complicated, but I jumped in and went for it. And it came out perfectly! Thank you for those detailed directions.
