Hi Jessica! We wouldn't recommend that as they take only 13 to 17 minutes to bake and most apple pie recipes (or fruit pie recipe in general) take about an hour for the fruit to fully cook and for the bottom crust to bake all the way through. You could use premade pie dough though and create your own cinnamon rolls with that.
