Our celiac daughter has requested an apple pie for Thanksgiving. Her love of cinnamon rolls would make this a perfect pie. Has anyone tried the recipe using KAF One for One flour (our go to flour for all our GF recipes) when using this recipe. Cinnamon rolls in the past, as well as pie crusts, have met with less than the usual stellar results we associate with your "regular flour" recipes.
