This looks so tasty and what a GREAT idea! I am wondering if it would work OK to use a butter based crust instead of a more typical shortening based crust.Since I discovered the tste difference its hard to go back to shortening crusts but I know the butter crusts do not hold their shape as well. Any thoughts on that???
