Thank you for the response. Someone at KAB might want to change the part that says "Looking for a 100% whole grain loaf? Substitute the same weight of whole wheat flour (our favorite is white whole wheat) for the bread flour called for, no other changes necessary."

I tried it again using half WW and half bread flour and it wasn't much better. I make a fair amount of bread but maybe this just isn't the recipe for me.
