Hi Kathy! In place of the egg wash, you can use a touch of water! Check out this blog: 3 ways to switch up your bread baking The first step is a great method for getting those seeds or oats on top of your loaves. You can also brush a touch of water on top right before sprinkling the oats on top. Happy Baking!
