I got the recipe from google search. It’s kingarthurbaking.com. I’ve made it several times and love it. Today I was a super article from same website regarding “back of the bag oatmeal bread” which is fascinating!
One difference—- this one I read today says to gently knead in added fruit after first rising. Gave great explanation. The other one says add fruit at first. Which is better? I’m trying after first rising to test!
