You can substitute fresh milk for dry milk in our bread recipes by cutting out the powdered milk and replacing the water with fresh milk. For every ¼ cup of dry milk called for in the recipe you will need to replace 1 cup of water with 1 cup of milk. If you would like a richer finished loaf you can use a whole milk, but any type of milk (including unsweetened almond or soy milk) will be just as good!
