I mixed up the dough, having weighed the KA flour and oats carefully. I used honey as the sweetener. I struggled with kneading the dough because it was so sticky and wet. It never got smooth and pliable. Where did I go wrong?
After kneading it for 5-6 minutes, I put it in the refrigerator in a covered bowl. I am hoping for a miracle over night. Thoughts? Thank you
