I was so excited to make this loaf of bread, seems like every loaf I’ve tried to make lately hasn’t turned out right. This one is still in the oven baking, but I just peeked through the glass and it has fallen in the middle. I didn’t knock or jostle it putting it in the oven, so any ideas why it may have fallen? It had risen to about an inch above the rim.
